Tournament etiquette:
In a pairs event you should try and find a partner to play with. For any Moos events if you cannot find a partner contact Jane and she will try and find you one. If you ask Jane to find you a partner you cannot complain at the partner you are given!!
If you register to say you are attending any tournament it is essential if you decide not to attend that you let the organisers know. Jane's mobile is 0211345560 It is obviously important that you let your partner know too!
At the end of play in the Moos and all tournaments - stay for the prize giving and view it as part of the tournament. Just as children in school sports are encouraged to applaud the winning side ... so in bridge you should stay to applaud those who have won any tournament. Try and make a point of going up to the winners and congratulating them on their success.
