Improving Your Play

Take a look at these two options for improving all aspects of your play:-

Best e Bridge
This is a web site which you have to subscribe to to get the best out of it but you can sign up for short free trial period to see if you like it. I have signed up for the yearly subscription which is approx. US$10 per month. I find it very good for improving all aspects of play and it is very easy to follow.

I have also stumbled on a series of Bridge sessions on U-tube - search for Sky Bridge Club. This takes one hand per session and features an expert player (usually a kiwi)who discusses and describes the bidding and the card play for each hand.
Each session lasts about 10minutes and there seems to be a huge number of sessions available. I have found this really good to watch - having the expert explain what he is doing and why is fantastic and it is done in a very relaxed, easy to follow, way.

Try it out!

The one thing they really push hard that improving players must do is work out the shape of everybody's hand and they give you tips on how to do this, and the assurance that you will get it eventually if you keep at it!

More Bridge rules tomorrow!
